2. Quality:

3. Sample,:
Commercial samples are available for pickup, and shipping fees are payable upon delivery. If you need to purchase more samples, you can place an order in store, and the sample fee will be refunded by the customer's second order. Customers can directly purchase the product as a sample, and if the total number of product purchases reaches 500, the corresponding product sample fee will be refunded.
Customer process cycle: Specify customer product (or drawing) → Confirm product (drawing) → Mold making (about 15 days) → Sample making (about 7 days) → Sample confirmation → Customer ordering
4. Production cycle of out of stock products:
Our inventory is generally sufficient, but sometimes we run out of stock when there are a large number of customers. Our production cycle is usually around 7-10 days, and customers who cannot afford to wait can choose to replace some styles.
5. Product coupons and:
Customers can receive a discount coupon from the store before purchasing goods. A discount of 5 yuan will be offered for orders over 500 yuan, and for orders over 588 yuan, and so on. For more information, please refer to the member section. If customers become members of our store, the more products they purchase, the more they will accumulate.
6. Shipping fee:
Our store operates on a low unit price basis and does not offer any services. For payments up to 588 yuan, except for special remote areas, please consult customer service for shipping accuracy after placing an order.
7. Delivery time
After payment, the item will be shipped within 48 hours. Normally, it will be sent out at 6 pm. If there is a shortage, customer service will notify you at the specified time.
8. Return:
Non quality issues and non item items can be negotiated for return, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the product is damaged, sent incorrectly, or missed, causing it to be unsold, please take photos before applying for a return or exchange, and then contact customer service for negotiation;
